Questions about FotoBingo

What is FotoBingo?

FotoBingo is a photo game for events, made in Munich. Your guests get a bingo card of photo challenges on their phones – like “a photo with someone you met for the first time today” – and complete them over the course of the event. Every photo lands automatically in one shared collection. Guests start talking to each other, and you end up with all the photos in one place, in original quality.

What kinds of events is FotoBingo for?

Weddings, company events such as summer parties, offsites or Christmas parties, festivals, trade fairs and brand activations, and birthdays and private parties. For events we design the format with your own challenges and branding; for private parties there's the free app.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. At events, guests scan a QR code and start playing right away – via App Clip on iPhone and in the browser on Android. If you want to start a game for your friends yourself, get the FotoBingo app for iPhone or Android.

How much does FotoBingo cost?

The app is free for games with up to 10 players; bigger rounds are a one-time purchase, no subscription. For weddings, company events and festivals we send a quote per event.

How is it different from a photo booth?

A photo booth stands in one spot and waits for guests to come over. FotoBingo moves with your guests through the whole event: photos are taken wherever something is happening – on the dance floor, at the buffet, out in the garden – and afterwards they're all with you, digitally.

Who is behind FotoBingo?

FotoBingo was founded in Munich by Francisco Soares Kaufmann and Nick Elias Werner and is supported by the TUM Incubator of the Technical University of Munich. More than 175,000 people have used FotoBingo, and the app is rated 4.8 out of 5 on the App Store. More about us.
