Your couples want photos from every guest, not only from the photographer. With FotoBingo, guests solve photo challenges on a bingo board, and the couple gets every picture in one place at the end. No photo booth, no setup.
Recommend FotoBingo and earn 30 % commission on every booking, 50 % on your first three. The couple books directly with us; we handle invoicing and support.
How it works
- Apply: Sign in to FotoBingo Studio and tell us a bit about yourself. We get back to you within a few working days.
- Start: Once approved, you accept the partner contract and add your tax and bank details. Then you get your personal partner link and partner code.
- Recommend: Give your couple the link or the code. When they book in FotoBingo Studio, the booking is credited to you automatically. You see your commission in the partner area.
Your commission
- 30 % of the net amount of every booking that comes through your link or code.
- 50 % on your first three bookings as a starter bonus.
- A monthly credit note and transfer by the 15th of the following month. Small amounts are collected until the end of the quarter.
- A click on your link counts for 180 days if the couple accepts the referral cookie or signs up in the Studio right away. If they enter your code at checkout, the booking always counts.
FAQ
How is it settled?
At the start of each month we issue a credit note for all of the previous month’s commission and transfer it by the 15th. In the partner area you can see every booking with date, package and commission at any time. For privacy, couples’ names aren’t shown there.
Can I do this next to my main job?
Yes, the program is meant as a side activity. You work as a self-employed commercial agent on a part-time basis. If you’re a small business (Kleinunternehmerin), the credit note shows no VAT; otherwise 19 % is added to your commission.
Who looks after the couple?
We do. The couple books directly with FotoBingo, gets the invoice from us and reaches our support. You don’t have to set anything up or explain it, unless you want to.
Do I have to disclose the commission?
Yes, please tell your couple that you receive a commission for the recommendation. It builds trust and it’s fair.
What if the couple cancels?
If a booking is refunded, the commission is reversed pro rata and offset against your next credit note.
