Consumer information and withdrawal policy

This information applies when you, as a consumer (§ 13 BGB), book a paid package for an event in FotoBingo Studio (studio.fotobingo.app). For purchases in the FotoBingo apps, the terms of Apple or Google also apply, see § 7 of our Terms of Use.

2. Essential features of the service

In FotoBingo Studio you set up a photo bingo game for your event. An event is free for up to 10 players. For a one-time payment, you unlock a larger number of players for a single event and, depending on the package, further features. We show you the exact scope of the package before you buy.

The unlock applies only to the event you bought it for, until that event ends. It is not a subscription, does not renew and causes no further costs.

3. Prices

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. The price shown to you in the Studio before you buy applies. There are no delivery or shipping costs. You'll find an overview on our pricing page.

4. Payment and invoice

Payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, for example; the payment methods available to you are shown during checkout. The amount is due when you complete the order. You receive the invoice for your booking from us.

5. Conclusion of the contract and provision

The contract is concluded when you complete the order in the Studio with the payment button. Before that you see the package and price and can change your selection or cancel. We unlock the package for your event right after successful payment and send you a confirmation of the contract by email.

6. Contract language

The contract language is German. This English page is a translation for information only.

7. Statutory warranty

The statutory rights in case of defects of digital products apply (§§ 327 ff. BGB). If something doesn't work, write to us at events@fotobingo.app.

8. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SlayTech UG (haftungsbeschränkt), c/o Francisco Soares Kaufmann, Annafeldstraße 1, 86919 Utting am Ammersee, Germany, email: events@fotobingo.app) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

We unlock a booked package right after payment. That's why, before the purchase, we ask for your express consent that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period ends, and for your confirmation that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal then expires early:

  • for a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, as soon as we have begun performance after you expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period ends, you confirmed your knowledge that your consent means you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and we provided you with a confirmation of the contract (§ 356(5) BGB);
  • for a contract for the provision of services, as soon as we have fully provided the service, if before performance began you expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed your knowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the contract (§ 356(4) BGB).
